Many WILPF branches order sets of the award books for use in their communities to donate to schools, libraries, and other non-profit community organizations.  Promoting the awards can be a successful method of promoting WILPF: attracting new members, raising WILPF’s visibility, educating the community about WILPF’s mission and activities, and strengthening ties to sister organizations in the community.
